Dr Puneet Gupta is one of the UK’s leading liposuction and lipoedema specialists, internationally recognised for his expertise in advanced Microcannular Liposuction techniques. He is among the very few doctors in the UK and Europe to offer both VASER liposuction and Microcannular Liposuction, with extensive training and experience in both approaches.

With over 15 years dedicated to body contouring and lipoedema care, Dr Gupta has performed more than 10,000 liposuction procedures and is regarded as one of Europe’s most experienced practitioners in advanced tumescent micro-liposuction. He has helped thousands of patients suffering from lipoedema and stubborn fat deposits regain confidence, improve mobility, and achieve more balanced body proportions.

His philosophy

Dr Gupta’s philosophy is centred around precision, safety, and natural-looking results. Using fine microcannulas under tumescent local anaesthesia, his techniques are designed to minimise trauma, preserve delicate lymphatic structures, reduce downtime, and create elegant contouring rather than aggressive fat removal. Procedures are performed as day-case surgeries within the CQC-registered Hunar Clinic.

He is GMC registered, a founding member of the Lipoedema World Alliance, and a specialist advisor to Lipoedema UK and a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM).
