What Are Anti-Wrinkle Injections?

These injections relax the muscles responsible for expression and smooth the skin on the frown lines, on the forehead, crow’s feet, and at the base of the nose, providing satisfactory results within 2 weeks of treatment with a smooth, fresh look.
Botulinum Type A is a neurotoxin produced from the fermentation of the Hall strain of Clostridium botulinum Type A with neuromuscular conduction-inhibiting and analgesic properties.

PROCESS
Wrinkle smoothing treatments take 20-30 minutes, depending on whether or not you combine your treatment with your consultation.
The product is put under the skin by a highly fine needle in the muscle, so it doesn't move anymore. Some patients might be comforted by a topical anaesthetic cream, so the customer usually only has a slight pricking/stinging feel.
As a rule of thumb, we highly recommend you book a follow-up appointment with Dr Mittal two weeks after treatment to assess the results. The final smoothing outcome of the region from anti-wrinkle injections can take up to 14 days.
The effects of wrinkle-smoothing can last 3-4 months on average, but the best news is that this can often rise to 6 months following a couple of treatments.

AFTERCARE
